Here are 4 exercises that will focus on building up the muscle and removing the fat in that area.
1. Push and touch
-Do this for 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps.
2. Bent Over Circular Row
-Make sure to do this 3 sets of 10-12 reps
3. Crisscross Reverse Fly
-DO this for 3 sets with 10-12 reps.
4. Elbow Kiss
-Do this 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
Do these exercises for 12 minutes 3 times a week for continuous 3 weeks.
