In the video, she was heard saying that the <b>Miss Earth Winner</b>, <b>Katherine Espin</b> has a fake nose, a fake chin, a fake chest.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">“Peke ilong, peke baba, peke boobs,” said Schweighart.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">The owner of <b>Miss Earth Pageant</b>, <b>Carousel Productions</b>, confirmed the resignation through <b>CNN Philippines.</b></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><br/></b></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand, the executive <b>Vice President Lorraine Schuck</b> met Schweighart together with her mother to talk about the contentious video.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">“They voluntarily resigned. She can’t handle it anymore,” Shuck said.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">Shuck also mentioned that the mother of Schweighart said that she’ll take her daughter back to New Zealand.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">According to Imelda, it was her mother that made the decision for her to resign the organization. </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">“You don’t have to be careful with what you’re saying. You have to be real because that’s what people need,” Schweighart said as she explained herself.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">However, Schweighart apologized to the winner due to her careless remark.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">“If it’s a crime to tell the truth, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to offend Miss Ecuador…I don’t know her enough but she was my roommate,” Schweighart said.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">She also claims that the winner herself admitted that she had been through cosmetic surgery. That’s why in the video she said that the winner should be ‘natural’. Theodore Te, Sereno said there is no need to add to what has been said about the issue.</p><br/><p>“Many things have been said. The Chief Justice sees no need to add to what are being said,” the magistrates’ statement said.</p><br/><p>On Monday, Sereno sent Duterte a letter expressing her concern over the “premature” public revelation of the ‘drug list’ as this could potentially expose the judges as ‘vulnerable targets’ in the recent spate of extra-judicial killings.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>She also urged the judiciary members not to surrender to police in the absence of a search warrant as this supposedly jeopardizes their role as the protector of constitutional rights.</p><br/><p>In his response, Duterte warned Sereno he might end up declaring Martial Law if the judiciary branch decided to stop him and intervene in the government’s campaign against the proliferation of illegal drugs in the country.</p><br/><p>“Do not create a crisis because I will order everyone in the Executive Department not to honor you,” Duterte said.</p><br/><p>Meanwhile, Te said he could not confirm whether Sereno had watched Duterte assailing her in the video on Tuesday night.</p><br/><p>The SC official also refused to comment how the Chief Justice reacted to the President’s hard-hitting remarks, or if the matter will be brought up in the SC en banc session.</p><br/><p>“This is her only statement. First time in my life I’ve seen that word printed on a daily newspaper. <em>Front page pa</em> [To think that it is on the front page],” R. Gamboa said.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>“If you don’t read the newspaper, you’re uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you’re misinformed,” G. Pereira wrote.</p><br/><p>Some, however, do not seem to mind the foul word in the headline.</p><br/><p>“<em>Tama lang ‘yan. Dapat bata pa lang mulat na sa katotohanan</em> [That’s okay. Kids should be aware of the reality]. We’re living in these advance information tech (technology) era…. What we can only do is live with it and deal with it,” J. Dela Cruz stated.</p><br/><p>“Remember we are not called to elect a saint or role model. We are called to elect a president,” D. Gozar pointed out.</p><br/><p>While A.
