Duterte’s first SONA</strong></li><br/></ul><p>Second District of Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been discharged from St. Luke’s Medical Center.</p><br/><p>According to an article written by RG Cruz for<a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/22/16/arroyo-discharged-from-st-lukes"> ABS-CBN News</a>, the former president’ close friend, former Solicitor General Agnes Devanadera, disclosed that Arroyo was discharged from the hospital before 3 p.m. on Friday, July 22.</p><br/><p>Devanedera said Arroyo needed to undergo an executive medical checkup.</p><br/><p>“Some tests were done last night and the others were done today. Some of the results of her tests are not yet in.
