In an<a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BBz8QcNtM-j/?taken-by=cyseguerra"> Instagram</a> post on Monday, February 15, Seguerra slams Pacman over his controversial statement during an interview saying same-sex couples are worse than animals. “You might’ve done our country proud but with your statement, you just showed the whole country why we shouldn’t vote for you. And yes, I think you are an ignorant, bigoted hypocrite. You made me lose all respect that I had for you, Mr. Pacquiao,” Seguerra wrote on her Instagram <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BBz8QcNtM-j/">account.</a> Pacquiao, a self-proclaimed renewed Christian, earned the ire of many celebrities, including Seguerra, for his supposed ‘self-righteousness’ by describing same-sex relationships as against God’s teaching. “Common sense lang. Makakakita ka ba ng any animals na lalaki sa lalakI, babae sa babae? Mas mabuti pa yung hayop. Marunong kumilala kung lalaki, lalaki, o babae, babae,” the boxing champion was quoted as saying during an interview on TV 5’s <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BilangPilipino/?fref=ts">“Balitang Pilipino”.</a> [It’s only common sense, have you seen any animals engaged in a male to male, female to femal relations? The animals are much better off then.
