It is for the reconsideration of his application for the visa of the actor.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">Tan made clear that Padilla is hoping that his tourist visa will have a special approval from the consul general for him to be beside his wife.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">Back in 1994, Padilla was imprisoned because of possession of firearms. This made Padilla have a hard time to get a visa.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"><br/><p>Tan said that the consul general can affirm that Padilla is “good nature and kind hearted through the years.” Tan also attached Padilla’s contract with <b>ABS</b>–<b>CBN </b>until <b>December 2017 </b>to further strengthen Padilla’s appeal.</p><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">To prove that the actor has to return to the Philippines, Tan added that he will be in a new show that will be aired in January 2017.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">“This is to prove, on his behalf, that if given the chance to visit his family and assure the safety condition of Ms. Padilla and their child, he will come back and return to the Philippines to perform his obligation with our company, as we are having a television show featuring Mr. Padilla, this coming January 2017. And one of these is to serve as a possible medium for finding missing people.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">This is the last resort of a woman from Netherlands in the person of Tina Lichtveld, 38, who wants to locate the couple who may have celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on April 18, 2016.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Posting on her <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10153416596281367&set=a.10150160652556367.296557.643946366&type=3&theater">Facebook</a> page on April 12, 2016, she expressed her desire to find a couple — hopefully in time for their 46th wedding anniversary – so she could return a lost treasure; specifically, a wedding ring, which had been in her possession for such a long period of time.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Recounting how she found the treasure, she posted: “<em>When I was a little girl I was on holiday in Italy and playing on the beach, I found this wedding ring in the sand.</em></p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Recalling the particular place where she found it, she said: “<em>The beach was very near to the French border and I’m sure that the ring belongs to a French couple.”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Feeling nostalgic she continued that  for many years it has been in her jewelry box and for many years she has wondered how she could find the owners.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Describing the wedding ring, she said: “<em>The ring is inscribed with “Dino et Chantal Le 18-4-1970.”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Although the wedding anniversary has already passed, Tina still wants her search to be fruitful. She is asking everyone who has friends in France and the nearby vicinity to share her story, so the ring could be given back to its rightful owner.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Well, doing a little bit of Mathematics, it could only be surmised that the couple would be in their late 60s or 70s. <ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>UNA cites COA report, says Duterte misused P45 million from the Special Education Fund</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Party says mayor’s use of funds inconsistent with the purpose of SEF</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Duterte camp dismisses allegations, says funds were used in line with the law</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mayor’s spokesman blasts UNA, calls accusations a desperate black propaganda attempt</strong></li><br/></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">MANILA, Philippines – <em>Are the gloves slowly coming off as far as the two camps are concerned?</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Citing a 2015 Commission on Audit (COA) report, Vice President Jejomar Binay’s United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) accused Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte of malversing more than P45.8 million from his city’s Special Education Fund (SEF) when he used the money to pay for the expenses of the athletes and coaches of Davao City’s public schools, including “plane fares of coaches and students, fuel for various vehicles, insurance premium for vehicles, accident insurance for coaches and students, and grocery items, medical supplies, and payment for electricity, water and telephone bills.”</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Quoting the law, UNA said the SEF shall be used exclusively for the “extension classes for children entering Grade 1, improvement of elementary school facilities, printing or purchase of textbooks and teaching materials, payment of salaries of public school teachers, purchase or repair of vocational and laboratory machinery and equipment, educational research, scholarship grants, and the promotion of physical education.”</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“If he really were tough on crime and corruption as he projects himself to be, why were there anomalies committed under his watch?” UNA spokesman Mon Ilagan was quoted by the <a href="http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/774901/una-questions-dutertes-crusade-vs-crime-tags-mayor-in-funds-misuse">Philippine Daily Inquirer</a> as saying.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nice Try at Black Propaganda</strong></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Reacting to UNA’s accusation, the camp of Duterte hit back and said the allegations are nothing more than a desperate attempt to divert public attention away from the corruption allegations hounding their bet.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“We see UNA desperately trying to muddle and confuse the public as it evades the allegations of corruption hounding VP Binay right now,” Duterte spokesman Peter Laviña said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">According to Laviña who described the issue as rehashed, the mayor’s use of the funds was in line with the law.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“Based on the information I received from the Department of Education, the questioned funds were used for the promotion of physical education programs, which is allowed under the law,” he said. “The funds were used to send athletes and their coaches to sporting events across the country. These programs are basically designed to promote physical education programs. <ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>A couple has identical twins which makes it difficult for them to identify who is who</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The difference is that one of the twins has medical issues which requires him to take medication every four hours</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Problems arise when medication gets given to wrong baby, thus desperate dad turns to online users for advice</strong></li><br/></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">A desperate dad turned to <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/Parenting/comments/466xvo/has_anyone_tattooed_their_identical_twins_to_tell/">Reddit</a> to seek advice from online users.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Narrating his problem, he said they have identical twin boys aged 12 months old named Aaron and Adam.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Apparently, the boys look so much alike that even their parents cannot tell them apart.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">However, what makes the two boys differ from each other is that, Aaron, one of the twins, happen to have medical issues which requires that he be given medication every four hours, or else there will be consequences.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, to be able to know who is who, the parents would put an identifying mark on Adam  everyday using a permanent marker since Aaron’s skin is sensitive.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">But then, one day, the twins were at their grandmother’s house and because they were given baths, the identifying mark was rubbed off, thereby giving the medicine to the wrong child.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">The accident resulted to Adam being  very sick and Aaron being in the hospital for a week; the father recounted.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">In his account, the father said,<em> “We have tried other things but nothing else worked as well as the texta for numerous reasons – nail polish, bracelet, anklets, specific color clothes for each boy, shaving ones head and having the others long..”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Desperately seeking for an opinion on what will be the best for his twins, he said, <em>“We are after a more permanent solution. I read online about someone tattooing a single dot on one of their twins and also about piercing ears. I really hate to say it but we are here. I need to do something permanent. I could have lost both my sons last weekend and I’m desperate. I am only after permanent solutions. Believe me when I say we have tried everything else before and it didn’t work. Please help me. I don’t want to lose my boy.”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Online Response</strong></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">A lot of concerned online users gave their advice to the father who sought help on Reddit.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">One parent who has an identical twin herself said, “<em>Hello! I have identical twins. In desperate, frantic times, when I felt like a horrible mother when I couldn’t immediately determine which twin was which, (my girls have tells if you search for them), I just painted their toe nails, each with their own colors.”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">H_K said, <em> “I agree. When I saw the title of this post, I thought “who the hell would tattoo their kid??”, but after reading how serious mixing them up can be, I absolutely think it’s justified. The short term pain of a small dot tattoo is much better than losing one of them.
