Ramos to broker the negotiations with the Marcos family, said one of the conditions for the return of Marcos’s remains to the country after he died in Hawaii was that he was to be buried in Ilocos Norte, not in the LNMB.</p><br/><p>According to him, the deal remains in force today because it was never abrogated by past administrations. He added Marcos should be treated as an exception to the rule for burial in LNMB given his history.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>“His ouster as President and commander-in-chief speaks for itself, and the exception to the rule that disqualifies a candidate should apply here,” he said.</p><br/><p>On his <a href="https://www.facebook.com/rafael.m.alunan/posts/10207048921162152?pnref=story">Facebook</a>, Alunan however said that current President Rodrigo Duterte can opt to rescind the deal if he wants to.</p><br/><p>“The presidency is all-powerful. The deal cannot prevent the president from forging his own. PRRD can opt to either trash or uphold the agreement forged during the time of his predecessor and mentor – PFVR,” he wrote.</p><br/><p>Alunan also suggested that Duterte should consult the people through Congress first—a proposal also being supported by Ramos.</p><br/><p>“We’ve also said that to mitigate the impact on his political capital, he might want to get the sense of the people through Congress. In our view, that would be the prudent and circumspect track to take. There were also unreliable fire detection and fire-fighting equipment. The BPLO also discovered that the establishments’ declared number of employees did not coincide with the actual number of workers. Some also have expired business permits,” the Caloocan PIO noted.</p><br/><p>Furthermore, all mentioned bars and night clubs have failed to meet basic hygiene and sanitation requirements set by ESS, and needing urgent major improvements.</p><br/><p><strong>Another chance</strong></p><br/><p>The establishments which were found violating the laws were given 15 days to comply with pertinent requirements. If they fail to satisfy the city’s ultimatum, their operations will be shut down immediately.</p><br/><p>Meanwhile, the entertainers who do not possess pink cards were invited at CCSWD office for verification. It was explained that pink card is “a permit that certifies a holder of having undergone the pap smear test and cleared of any sexually transmitted diseases.”</p><br/><p>Malapitan said that the operation will continue in all areas of the city. There were also unreliable fire detection and fire-fighting equipment. The BPLO also discovered that the establishments’ declared number of employees did not coincide with the actual number of workers. Some also have expired business permits,” the Caloocan PIO noted.</p><br/><p>Furthermore, all mentioned bars and night clubs have failed to meet basic hygiene and sanitation requirements set by ESS, and needing urgent major improvements.</p><br/><p><strong>Another chance</strong></p><br/><p>The establishments which were found violating the laws were given 15 days to comply with pertinent requirements. If they fail to satisfy the city’s ultimatum, their operations will be shut down immediately.</p><br/><p>Meanwhile, the entertainers who do not possess pink cards were invited at CCSWD office for verification. It was explained that pink card is “a permit that certifies a holder of having undergone the pap smear test and cleared of any sexually transmitted diseases.”</p><br/><p>Malapitan said that the operation will continue in all areas of the city. They were Ranulfo Dacalos (city administrator), Rosalinda Marasigan (treasurer), Romualdo Delos Santos (city attorney), Lorenza Ching (city budget officer) and Danilo Mercardo (city engineer).</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">There are also 14 others who the anti-graft court earlier charged for the anomalous weaponry purchase who were not included In the hold departure order.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">According to the Sandiganbayan, the procurement of 20 units of Daewoo K2 Caliber 5.56 MM sub-machine gun and Daewoo K1 Caliber 5.56 MM sub-machine gun to HK Tactical Defense System, Inc.
