There are those who continue to be outstanding role models for every parent out there.  </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">These pictures from a <b>Vietnamese</b> website made the rounds in the internet after netizens gave mixed reactions about the people in the picture.  </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">The pictures show a man carrying his son on his back while he was lifting sacks of rice from a truck.  </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">The man wanted to keep his <b>little child</b> in check while he was working, so he strapped a bag to his back where he could place the child and not risk losing him.  </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">It drew mixed reactions from netizens – some were against it since the child was exposed to dangerous conditions. There were also unreliable fire detection and fire-fighting equipment. The BPLO also discovered that the establishments’ declared number of employees did not coincide with the actual number of workers. Some also have expired business permits,” the Caloocan PIO noted.</p><br/><p>Furthermore, all mentioned bars and night clubs have failed to meet basic hygiene and sanitation requirements set by ESS, and needing urgent major improvements.</p><br/><p><strong>Another chance</strong></p><br/><p>The establishments which were found violating the laws were given 15 days to comply with pertinent requirements. If they fail to satisfy the city’s ultimatum, their operations will be shut down immediately.</p><br/><p>Meanwhile, the entertainers who do not possess pink cards were invited at CCSWD office for verification. It was explained that pink card is “a permit that certifies a holder of having undergone the pap smear test and cleared of any sexually transmitted diseases.”</p><br/><p>Malapitan said that the operation will continue in all areas of the city. There were also unreliable fire detection and fire-fighting equipment. The BPLO also discovered that the establishments’ declared number of employees did not coincide with the actual number of workers. Some also have expired business permits,” the Caloocan PIO noted.</p><br/><p>Furthermore, all mentioned bars and night clubs have failed to meet basic hygiene and sanitation requirements set by ESS, and needing urgent major improvements.</p><br/><p><strong>Another chance</strong></p><br/><p>The establishments which were found violating the laws were given 15 days to comply with pertinent requirements. If they fail to satisfy the city’s ultimatum, their operations will be shut down immediately.</p><br/><p>Meanwhile, the entertainers who do not possess pink cards were invited at CCSWD office for verification. It was explained that pink card is “a permit that certifies a holder of having undergone the pap smear test and cleared of any sexually transmitted diseases.”</p><br/><p>Malapitan said that the operation will continue in all areas of the city. Miriam Defensor Santiago admitted he may have gone overboard with his statement.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">On the sidelines of her sortie at Bulacan State University, Duterte’s ‘BFF’ said he “crossed the line” when he inserted his controversial remark as he was recounting the story of an Australian lay missionary who was taken hostage, raped and killed in 1989.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“I think it was over the line. I think it crossed the line,” <a href="http://www.sunstar.com.ph/manila/local-news/2016/04/18/santiago-duterte-rape-remark-he-crossed-line-468607">Sun Star</a> quoted her as saying.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">At the same time, Santiago defended Duterte’s right to express himself and is confident he will come up with a proper explanation in due time.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“That’s the way he expresses himself, but I’m sure he has a proper explanation,” she said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">As for those unhappy with the Duterte remarks, Santiago said they can always express their displeasure with the mayor by not voting for him.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“If the people do not like the remark, they can express it through the ballot but otherwise he has the right to free expression,” she said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">For his part, Marcos, who was with Santiago, admitted he was also surprised by Duterte’s comment.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“<em>Nagulat kami </em>[We were surprised].
