He joined an ensemble cast of singers for the movie’s soundtracks, including girl band M2M, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Vitamin C, and Aaron Carter.</p><br/><p>The original singer of the theme song which was also used as the opening song of the Pokemon TV show’s first season was Jason Paige.</p><br/><p>In an interview during the movie’s premier in California, Crawford, who was only 17 at the time, even demonstrated his chops by singing a part of the song. He also revealed that his favorite Pokemon was none other than Pikachu.</p><br/><p>Garnering $ 163.6 million at the box office against a budget of $ 30 million, the first Pokemon movie received critical acclaim for its in-depth story despite being a children’s movie.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>The plot centers around Mewtwo, a powerful genetically-cloned Pokemon who tries to wipe out mankind after losing faith in humanity. Along the way, he encounters with the protagonists led by Ash Ketchum who successfully demonstrates to him the good side of humanity and convinces him that not all people are bad.</p><br/><p>The newest incarnation of the franchise, the reality-based gaming app Pokemon Go, has been well-received across the globe because of its gameplay which allows fans to “catch” their own Pokemon across real-world locations.</p><br/><p>Filipino fans also rejoiced after the app was made available in the country over the weekend. <ul><li><strong>14-year-old Filipina teen ecstatic over golden buzzer in Got Talent España</strong></li><br/><li><strong>Her rendition of ”Memory” drove the audience to give a standing ovation</strong></li><br/><li><strong>3 out of the 4 judges deemed her performance worth their ‘YES’</strong></li><br/></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">It was truly a performance to remember for teenager <em>Dianne Kaye Jacob Ico</em> who was given the golden buzzer by the judges for her rendition of the bittersweet ballad ”Memory”, the most famous song from the musical <em>Cat</em>s, in <strong><em>Got Talent España </em></strong>on Sunday<strong><em>.</em></strong></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">The talent show is Spain’s version of the popular ”Got Talent” franchise which is aired on local TV channel <a href="http://www.telecinco.es/gottalent/">Telecinco</a>.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Dianne Kaye Jacob Ico, who’s only fourteen years old and a Filipina, impressed the audience and at least three of the judges with her amazing performance. Earning the golden buzzer means she’ll be heading straight to the semi-finals; a real reason to love “Memory” more.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Impressed judge Jorge Javier Vázquez pressed the golden buzzer which was loudly cheered on by the audience.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">But prior to the pressing of the buzzer that would change Ico’s chance towards the semi-finals, the four judges voiced out their assessment on the girl’s performance onstage.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Three judges – Eva Hache,  Spanish pop star Edurne, and Jorge Javier Vázquez – were in agreement that the lass gave a wonderful rendition of the difficult song; with showmanship and excellent diction among the plusses.
