Many is still arguing whether he will be a good president due to his tough leadership and foul talking even in public. Since the campaign, he has always been accused of <b>extrajudicial killings</b> and has always been seen the possibility of being a dictator. </div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">But Duterte denied all of the allegations on his speech last Sunday. Duterte claims that <b>he was never a</b> <b>despot </b>during his 22 years as mayor in Davao City. Amidst the plan to revive the death penalty, and the accusations of extrajudicial killings, he said in his speech in verbatim “Sometimes I can be harsh but I was never a despot to anybody.” He also defended the kind of Administration he established and said “My government is for the helpless, the hopeless and the defenseless. Those are the words of my father. He even said that he will make any Cabinet official quit who will be accused of corrupt activities.
