OG — touted as arguably the best team in Dota 2 out there — left with a guaranteed $ 300,000 in winnings.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>What made TNC — composed of  team capation Jimmy “DeMon” Ho, Marc “Raven” Fausto, Carlo “Kuku” Palad, Sam “Sam_H” Hidalgo, Nico “Eyyou” Barcelon — and their victory all the more sweeter was that they beat the team who earlier defeated them in the Frankfurt and Manila Majors.</p><br/><p>Before beating OG, TNC was able to oust Chinese team VG.R to stave off elimination.</p><br/><p>TNC is hoping their come-from-behind will spur them to become the winners of this year’s tournament.</p><br/><p>“TNC made history being the first Filipino team to enter the top 8 of The International 2016. Not to mention the biggest upset in the history of Dota 2. Beating the number 1 team and back to back Major Champions OG with a 2-0 finish. TNC had certainly made their statement in the international Dota 2 community.
