On his <a href="https://web.facebook.com/MannyPacquiao/?fref=ts">Facebook</a>, Pacquiao posted a video asking for forgiveness from those he had offended. At the same time, he reiterated he will abide by his belief on the wrongness of same-sex marriage. “Hello po sa inyong lahat maraming salamat sa dasal at suporta. Nais ko pong humingi ng paumanhin sa aking nasaktan dahil sa aking pagkumpara sa tao sa hayop. Iyon po ay kamalian ko at ako ay humihingi ng paumanhin sa lahat na nasaktan. Hindi po nagbabago ang aking desisyon na against po ako sa same-sex marriage at yun po ang paniniwala ko. Ang mali ko lang po ay nakumpara ko ang tao sa hayop, humihingi ako ng paumanhin.
