Most of them are <b>veterans </b>who have once risked their lives for the country but have been suffering destitution since recession affected the <b>US</b>.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">However, <b>LA </b>implemented collective efforts to solve the problem. One of which had been very impressive. They turned <b>old motels </b>into apartments for these homeless veterans.
