It’s like treason to him because they should be the ones who protect the people [from illegal drugs] yet they are the cause of its rampant spread in the country,” <a href="http://thestandard.com.ph/news/-main-stories/top-stories/210439/death-penalty-a-priority-duterte-tells-lawmakers.html">The Standard</a> quoted Senator Edgardo Angara who was one of the lawmakers who paid Duterte a courtesy visit.</p><br/><p>“We are open to that [restoring death penalty],” Angara said as he promised to “listen to arguments.”</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>According to the article by The Standard, the solons pledged their support to the measures Duterte will issue to Congress.</p><br/><p>Among those present at the late night meeting in Duterte’s favorite spot After Dark Resto Bar were Angara, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, Representatives Sherwin Tugna, Lord Allan Jay Velasco, Franz Josef Alvarez and Scott Davies Lanete.</p><br/><p>Last week, presumptive House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez has filed a bill aiming to bring back death penalty. <ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Actor Geoff Eigenmann gives advice to restaurant owners</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>He says it is important to be polite to customers and make their satisfaction a number one priority</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Geoff and cousin Gabby own <em>The Stockpile</em> bar and restaurant in Ortigas</strong></li><br/></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">Actor Geoff Eigenmann, who runs <em><a href="https://www.facebook.com/sunshinekitchen.resto/">The Stockpile</a></em> bar and restaurant with his cousin Gabby, advises restaurant owners to make customers’ satisfaction their number one priority.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">In an article written by Bianca Rose Dabu of <a href="http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/556327/showbiz/geoff-eigenmann-offers-fellow-restaurateurs-some-tips#sthash.Rgn0QvoU.dpuf">GMA</a>, it was disclosed that immediately after <a href="http://www.philstar.com/entertainment/2015/09/28/1504564/gabby-geoff-open-stockpile">opening</a> their restaurant on September 2015, Geoff and Gabby already have loyal customers who are not only pleased by the food being served, but also by the way they are being served.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">The Western food-inspired restaurant is located at the Sapphire Block of Ortigas Center.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">According to Geoff, interaction with customers is important in building connection with them. In addition, restaurant owners must have patience in dealing with customers who are annoying or in a bad mood.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“I guess with any restaurant, <em>pinagdadaanan ‘yan</em> [that happens]. Always just be polite to whoever the customer is <em>kasi</em> [because] the customer is always right. Their satisfaction is always the number one priority nung restaurant,” Geoff said in <em>Taste Buddies.</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“If they’re not happy, <em>kung saan man we try to talk to them kung ano ‘yung puwede naming baguhin</em> [we talk to them and ask what we should change]. Try to fix whatever the problem is. On our part <em>gawin pa rin namin tama ang lahat para</em> [we try to make everything right] at least <em>kahit hindi siya</em> [even if he’s not] happy <em>sa</em> [during the] time <em>na pinunta niya</em> [he spent here], maybe next time he’ll give it another chance,” he added.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Furthermore, in this time and age of technology, it is also important for the restaurant to have active social media accounts.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">He added that starting a restaurant business is not easy but worth it.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“A lot of things to consider. Pero if your gut tells you do it, do it. If everything feels right, suck it all up and eventually you’ll succeed,” he noted.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Though their acting careers are on the upswing, Geoff and Gabby chose to be practical.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“Showbiz is not forever. You may be an entertainer for the year 2015 onwards, pero at the end of the day, <em>paano ’pag hindi ka na nila gusto</em> [what if they don’t want you anymore]?
