Both teenagers claimed they were unaware that they had crossed the border.</p><br/><p>“Both juveniles were so captivated by their Pokemon Go games that they lost track of where they were, said Michael Rappold, the agency’s public affairs officer, as quoted in an article by <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/news/world/canadian-teens-playing-pokemon-go-illegally-cross-/nr4Dp/">AJC.com</a>.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>“They crossed the international border inadvertently, but agents were able to reunite them with their mother,” Rappold added.</p><br/><p>The agents did not reveal the identity and the age of the teenager players.</p><br/><p>The new game had been criticized because of its safety hazard.</p><br/><p>In Japan, just a few hours after the Pokemon Go was released, a university student has been rushed to the hospital after taking a tumble while playing the game.</p><br/><p>An article by <a href="http://mashable.com/2016/07/22/pokemon-go-japan-first-injury/#4oTVG8T1rqqK">Mashable</a> said the accident happened at Kindai University in Osaka at around late morning.</p><br/><p>The male student was busy playing the game and had fallen down the stairs and hit his head. Supt. Joanne Rawlinson, from GMP ’s public protection division, urged players to be cautious about alerting strangers to their locations. In addition, they are being advised to play the game with friends in groups and avoid playing near roads. Along with its rise in popularity is the increasing amount of reports on players getting injured or troublesome situations while playing the game.</p><br/><p>The app warns its players in the loading screen to be aware of their surroundings, but was unsuccessful in preventing game-related accidents from happening.</p><br/><p>The most recent incident is of two Californian men falling over an ocean bluff in Encinitas within San Diego county after climbing over a fence while playing the augmented reality smartphone game, as per an article published by <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/tech/two-pokemon-go-players-fall-8427385">Mirror</a>.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>The men, who were aged 21 and 22 years old, were playing Pokémon Go at the time and likely were led to the cliff when they were trying to catch a pokémon, said Sgt. Rich Eaton of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department (SDSO).</p><br/><p>Authorities from Encinitas Fire Department rescued the two men — one fell about 50 feet down and was found unconscious at the side of the crumbling sandstone bluff, while the other fell 75 to 100 feet. <ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>A video showing a dog playing in a creek then eaten by a crocodile underwater emerged online</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The dog was playing at a creek at Isimangaliso Wetlands Park in South Africa when the incident happened</strong></li><br/><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The footage was recorded by 24-year-old Danielle Davenport, from Cape Town, South Africa</strong></li><br/></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">KWAZULU-NATAL, South Africa – A video showing a pet dog playing in a creek then ruthlessly eaten by a crocodile lurking underwater emerged online.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">An article by <a href="http://www.timeslive.co.za/scitech/2016/03/09/Watch-Shocking-footage-of-crocodile-killing-pet-dog-in-KwaZulu-Natal"><em>Times Live</em></a> published on March 9 said that the dog, which appeared to be an Australian Shepherd, was playing and running in and out of a creek at Isimangaliso Wetlands Park in South Africa when a crocodile suddenly attacked; snatching the animal in whole.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">The dog have been teasing hippos and crocodiles in the water when it accidentally stood on the head of a crocodile. The larger animal then leaped out of the water and swallowed the dog in a flash.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Eyewitnesses were left horrified upon seeing the powerless dog dying on the mouth of the fierce animal.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Corey Charlton mentioned in her article for <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3488053/Shocking-moment-pet-dog-eaten-CROCODILE-unwittingly-jumping-reptile-playing-water-park-South-Africa.html"><em>Mail Online</em></a> published on March 11 that the footage was recorded by 24-year-old Danielle Davenport, from Cape Town, South Africa.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Davenport, who is a freelance videographer, was shooting a footage at Isimangaliso Wetlands Park for an assignment with Makhulu production Company when she witnessed the attack.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“I was shooting a sunrise scene at the park, it was beautiful, we had the drone out, lots of cameras. I was looking through the long lens when all of a sudden I saw this commotion happening in the water,”</em> Davenport said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“I saw some kind of animal running in an out of the water tormenting the hippos, soon I realized it was a domestic dog. There were actually two domestic dogs but one was a lot more abrasive than the other. When I saw this I started to realize that something was going to go wrong,”</em> she added.</p><br/><div id="attachment_242038" style="width: 310px;" class="wp-caption alignright"><a href="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2016/03/11/16/32199CF900000578-0-image-a-175_1457715370807.jpg" rel="attachment wp-att-242038"><img alt="Photo Credit: Caters News Agency" class="size-full wp-image-242038" height="200" src="http://kickerdaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Caters-News-Agency1.jpg" width="300"/></a><br/><p class="wp-caption-text">Photo Credit: Caters News Agency</p><br/></div><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">The videographer said she knew something bad is going to happen as four or five crocodiles started to move around because of the dog’s noise.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“I had no control over it, I was more than 500-600 meters away from the dog, we were over a body of water, so I was completely helpless, I did not know what to do,”</em> Davenport explained.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Kyle Cowan said in his article for <a href="http://www.citizen.co.za/1028484/1028484/"><em>The Citizen</em></a> published on March 10 that the videographer was really shocked about what she witnessed that she was traumatized for a couple of days.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“Tragically, the dog ran straight over a croc’s head and got snapped up. I was pretty traumatized for like two days, I did not know what to do with the footage. One of the things that shocked me the most about it was how quickly the dog had disappeared,”</em> she said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Davenport said she posted the video because he didn’t want the dog’s life to have been lost for nothing. The videographer wanted it to be an educational video for people to be able to understand the risks that are involved with visiting a wild nature reserve.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“I saw the owners come over five minutes after looking for their dog, I couldn’t make them out but I saw two fishermen come over to them so I assume they told them what happened,”</em> she said.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Watch video below.
