We cannot have a psycho as our commander-in-chief. Within the next few days, he would be exposed as a fraud.”</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>Trillanes stands by his track record and stressed this exposé is not politically-driven to boost his vice presidential race ranking.</p><br/><p>Running mate of PDP-LABAN standard bearer Rodrigo Duterte, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano claimed that the allegations are a mere smear attempt.</p><br/><p>“The allegation is clearly a desperate ploy to bring down Mayor Duterte and promote Sen. Trillanes’ preferred presidential bet, Senator Grace Poe,” Cayetano said in an emailed statement.</p><br/><p>Cited in Update.ph, Senator Cayetano claimed that Trillanes’ camp came up with baseless accusations against Duterte and they clearly have nothing on the Davao City mayor.</p><br/><p>Cayetano also said Duterte is the only presidential candidate to sign a bank waiver, wrote <a href="http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/564171/news/nation/trillanes-cayetano-exchange-barbs-over-alleged-duterte-millions">GMA News Online</a>.</p><br/><p>“I ask the people who yearn for real change not to be distracted and fooled by their desperate antics. We must remain focused. The enemies of change are clearly panicking. They are scared. They are throwing everything including the kitchen sink at Mayor Duterte. They have all the reasons to be scared.
