Maria admitted that she and Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla are no longer together, the latter finally broke his silence and confirmed Jodi’s statement.</p><br/><p>According to the actor-turned-politician, the break-up was a mutual decision.</p><br/><p><a href="http://www.pep.ph/news/63498/jolo-revilla-on-breakup-with-jodi-sta-maria-yes-its-true-it-was-a-mutual-decision?ref=headline">Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP)</a> quoted him as saying: “Yes, it’s true. It was a mutual decision. I wish her the best.”</p><br/><p>Jolo did not elaborate on the cause of their break-up.</p><br/><p>At the moment, he said he’d rather focus on his job as vice governor; adding that his personal life – his love life, will have its right time later on.</p><br/><p>Jodi and Jolo have been together for several years and when they were just starting, both of them agreed to keep their personal lives away from the public eye.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>On Tuesday, June 21, in an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” to promote her upcoming film “The Achy Breaky Hearts, Jodi said that although they’re no longer together, the two of them remain friends.</p><br/><p>When she was asked by Boy Abunda what’s the biggest lesson she learned about love, she said that a woman should know her own worth and value.</p><br/><p><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/06/22/16/is-this-the-reason-behind-the-jolo-jodi-breakup">ABS-CBN News</a> quoted her as saying: “Loving yourself isn’t selfish at all.
