The supposed incentive was legalized through Executive Order 182, which was created during the Aquino administration.</div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><br/><div style="text-align: justify;">The Executive Order was discussed during a session of the House committee on transportation regarding the <b>Traffic Crisis Bill</b>. Isa ako doon sa mga sumulong ng Juvenile Justice Law and I think ‘yung criminal liability under the law is sufficient,” Robredo said.</p><br/><p>[“I’ am against that (lowering criminal liability). I was one of those who pushed Juvenile Justice Law and I think the criminal liability under the law is sufficient.”]</p><br/><p>“Kokontra ako kapag merong moves na babaan ito (I will contradict if there will be a move to lower it),” she added.</p><br/><p>Robredo made the statement the day after the opening of the 17th Congress after the new House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez called on the passage of three top priority measures which includes the lowering of the age for criminal responsibility.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>House Bill 002, which is filed by Alvarez alongside with Capiz Rep. Fredenil Castro, seeks to bring back the minimum age of criminal responsibility to nine years old, to limit the use of youth in committing crimes.</p><br/><p>An article by Kristine Dela Cruz for <a href="http://dzrhnews.com/vp-robredo-worries-over-age-lowering-of-criminal-liability/">DZRH News</a> said that the lawmakers believe children at nine and up are “already fully informed” given their access to information through technology.</p><br/><p>However, Robredo said the measure is alarming, especially when there is a possible return of death penalty.</p><br/><p>“Nakakatakot ‘yung sitwasyon, na halimbawa ibalik ‘yung death penalty, tapos i-lower pa ‘yung age of criminal liability. Nakakatakot na meron tayong mga bata na ise-sentence to death,” she said.</p><br/><p>[“The situation is frightening, given death penalty is back, then the age of criminal liability is lowered. Hindi na-serve ang purpose kasi since mas konti ang ‘na-corrupt’ nila doon na mga tao, mas namayagpag sila, labas-pasok sila. So ibinalik sila ulit,” <a href="http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/573111/news/nation/de-lima-opposes-bid-to-move-notorious-inmates-outside-bilibid?utm_source=GMANews&utm_medium=Facebook&utm_campaign=GMANewsFacebook"><strong>GMA News</strong></a> has quoted De Lima as saying.</p><br/><p>[It was discovered later that inmates became more free there. It does not serve the purpose since they managed to corrupt only a handful of people there, they prevailed and gained more freedom. Bongbong Marcos in the hotly-contested vice presidential race, Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo outrightly dismissed rumors of her immediate resignation or a supposed Liberal Party (LP) plot to oust incoming president Rodrigo Duterte.</p><br/><p>“<em>Wala pa akong sinabing ganyan kailanman </em>[I never said anything like that],” <a href="http://cnnphilippines.com/news/2016/05/10/leni-robredo-denies-impeachment-plans-plan-b-rodrigo-duterte.html">CNN Philippines</a> quoted her as saying; in reference to her alleged plan to immediately step down as vice president should she win. “<em>Sa katotohanan</em>, <em>may ginawang fake na</em> Facebook page <em>na ganito po ang sinasabi, na umano’y ako nagsabi, nireklamo na po natin ito</em>. In fact, <em>naipatanggal na natin ‘yung fake na</em> Facebook page [In truth, there was a fake Facebook page that was attributing it, that I was the one who said it, we already complained about it. In fact, we’ve had that fake Facebook page taken down.]”</p><br/><p>The <a href="https://adobochronicles.com/2016/05/01/robredo-if-elected-vice-president-of-duterte-i-will-immediately-resign-my-post/">original article</a> about her ‘supposed plan’ to resign can still be found in the satirical site <em>The Adobo Chronicles</em> though.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>Robredo then nixed the existence of ‘Plan B’ which is being peddled around as an LP plot to impeach Duterte so she could take over.</p><br/><p>“<em>Wala po itong katotohanan</em> [There is no truth to this],” she said, and pointed to her running mate Mar Roxas’ exhortation to support Duterte during his own press conference.</p><br/><p>“<em>Si </em>Secretary Mar <em>mismo ang nagsabi na malinaw si</em> Mayor Duterte<em> ang magiging susunod na pangulo ng Pilipinas. Hinihikayat niya tayo na ibigay ang suporta sa kanya</em>, [It was Secretary Mar himself who said that Duterte is clearly going to become the next president of the Philippines. He has urged us to give our support to him],” she said.</p><br/><p>The widow of the late Jesse Robredo also iterated her willingness to fully support Duterte and said the Filipinos deserve a unified tandem.</p><br/><p>“I’ve always repeatedly said in the past that the amount of support that I was willing to give Secretary Mar would be the same kind and the same amount of support that I should give whoever wins the presidency,” she said. “He deserves my 100-percent support and this is good for the country. Two years before he sent the letter, Ben was married to his wife Victoria, whom he later left in order to have a relationship with his mother.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Like any ordinary couple, the pair started exchanging phone calls before agreeing to meet up. Kim even said that it was like they had <em>“known each other for years.”</em></p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Kim, who was born in England and was working as an interior designer, realized her attraction to her son when she started having <em>“sexy dreams”</em> about him.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">An article by <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/mother-says-sex-son-incredible-7712560"><em>The Mirror</em></a> published on April 7 said that Kim started getting confused on her attraction to her son that she decided to check the internet and came across an article on Genetic Sexual Attraction (GSA).</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">GSA is a term used for relatives who feel sexual attraction for each other after meeting as adults; which Kim believes is what’s happening to them now.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“This is not incest, it is GSA. However, we agreed we can no longer continue with the talks. I believe this is best for all parties,” Rappler quoted him as saying.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">Despite the drawback however, Ang said SMC will still push through with its plan to enter the telecommunications business as a third player.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“SMC’s entry in the telecom market will definitely be a game changer. When we launch, consumers will benefit from better, cheaper service,” he said, adding that while the company is still open to ventures with other interested parties, they will study their options carefully in order to provide Filipinos better service.</p><br/><p style="text-align: justify;">“We are not rushing.
