I would like to address myself to my opponents. Well, this past few days are quite virulent for all of us – the black propaganda, and the false accusation exchange between two sides. And I would say these are really part of a day’s work in election. I would like to say to reach a hand to my opponents. Let us begin the healing now,” Tricia Macas of <a href="http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/565649/news/nation/duterte-extends-hand-of-healing-to-opponents">GMA News Online</a> quoted Mayor Duterte as saying during a press conference at the  Royal Mandaya Hotel in Davao City.</p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p>“Let us forget and start the healing. Let us be friends.
