There is no doubt that the life of the people before gadgets and technologies were much simpler than this. Even though gadgets have made the lives of every single person easier there are still disadvantages.
It has already taken full control of the body of a person. People tend to be stuck with using their own gadgets for past time that they have already forgotten how to socialize with people in person. They are more drawn to with liking and posting updates on their social media sites rather than talking to others about their day.
But did you know that using phones and computers before you go to sleep slowly weakens your body?
Because of these equipments, the body is adapting to the changes. It keeps on sensing that the night time is still day time. There are artificial lights that is being exposed to the brains of mankind. Making the melatonin production suppressed. People that have low melatonin level have the higher risk when it comes to having cancer.
But there are still ways on how you could possibly prevent the suppression of your melatonin.
Be sure to prevent yourself from using the gadgets before sleeping. Turn it off hours before you go to bed.
