Early on Sunday, February 12, 2017, the temperature in Baguio City reportedly dropped to the lowest it has seen so far this year, according to PAG-ASA.
PAG-ASA spokesperson Wilson Lucando added that people from Baguio and surrounding areas should expect more reports of temperature drops in the next few weeks.
