A girl in South Carolina who went missing last August was found chained like a dog in a shipping container located in the property of a registered sex offender yesterday.
Kala Brown was located by the police authorities where they described her as treated like a dog as she was chained around her neck inside a shipping container which belongs to Tedd Kohlep, a registered sex offender.
Authorities have also found a buried body near the container.
Unfortunately, Brown’s boyfriend is still missing.
She is currently treated in a medical facility in South Carolina.
Kohlep is now in police custody and was charged with kidnapping. He might face 30 years in the jail.
