Netizens were shocked when authorities reported that Joey Formaran, a.k.a. Blakdyak, was found dead last night inside his room in Sampaloc, Manila.
The singer-comedian was famous for his hit songs such as “Good Boy” and “Modeling Charing.”
His wife, Twinkle Estanislao-Formaran, expressed utter shock over the incident saying:
“Dapat may gig siya tonight. Tumawag ang anak ko. Hindi ako makapaniwala na wala na siya,”
He was last seen alive at 2:30am. Reports also noted that a guard followed him to the rooftop at around 11pm, the night before. It was 6pm when his son found him naked and dead, with a plastic bag wrapped around his head.
Police say that they don’t suspect any foul play due to his room being locked when his body was discovered.
“Wala kaming problema mag-asawa. Napaka-sweet niya. Ayaw niya na umiiyak at namomoblema ako,” his wife shared.
