While social media has paved the way for cyber-bullying and other crimes, it also made helping others a lot easier. This is what Faye Barcelona Luis, a netizen, did as she shared pictures of an old man lying in the streets.
According to her story, the old man is identified as Romy Robles Santiago who hailed from Baler Aurora. She shares how Tatay Romy wishes to go home, but is unable to since he has no job or money. He was seen roaming around Pulilan and slept on whatever space he could find. Luis further shared how his eyes were bleeding when she found him after falling from the bench he slept on the other night. Luis immediately called the ambulance.
She also called for Tatay’s Romy’s children namely Dory Robles Santiago, Lili Robles Santiago, and Erick Santiago to help their father.
