The good thing is that there is a trend called drinking warm lemon which can help you start the day right.
The effects of drinking boiled warm lemon is super essential to the body because of the nutrients that this fruit have.
Here are the ingredients that you need:
- 6 lemons
- 20 oz. of Water
- Honey
Preparation:
- Slice the lemons in half
- Mix the 20 oz. of water into the pot along with the lemons.
- Be sure to let the mixture boil for 3 minutes.
- Let the pot cool for atleast 10 minutes
- Take off the lemon peel and pulp from the water and enjoy the hot lemon water!
