In the video, it can be seen that the traffic enforcer was shouting with the driver. He was even slapping the driver every now and then. They got into a heated argument until the driver announced that he was being video recorded.
Surpringly, the driver toned down immediately. He became polite and gentle all of a sudden. And when the passenger asked for the driver’s violation, he answered that the driver didn’t have any violations at all. He added that he was just doing his job as a traffic enforcer.
