Without a doubt, reigining Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach and Dr. Mikhail Varshavski, who was named “Sexiest Doctor Alive” by People Magazine, look good together.

The question is: “Are they dating?”
According to an article published by ABS-CBN News, when the 26-year-old beauty queen was asked if she was dating Varshavski, popularly known as “Dr. Mike”, during the Facebook Q&A session hosted by American TV show “Extra”, she teased that she willl reveal her relationship status ‘sa tamang panahon’ [at the right time].
During a Facebook live session last Saturday, March 11, Wurtzbach seemingly shut down the rumors when she disclosed that currently, there is no specific someone in her life.
While holding her precious Miss Universe sash, she said: “No. There’s no specific someone in my life. This is the specific someone. This is the priority.”
Wurtzbach met Varshavski, who is described by many as the “the real life McDreamy”, in a small gathering in New York City last February. After their first meeting, photos and clips showing the two of them together circulated online.
The beauty queen herself posted on her Twitter account a photo showing her side-by-side with Varshavski.
The photo was apparently taken after they hit the gym together; with the Filipina-German stunner captioning it “Zombies after boxing”.
Varshavski also shared a photo of them together on his Instagram account; a day after Valentine’s Day,
He wrote: “She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she’s deathly afraid of the sight of blood, so she decided to win Miss Universe instead.”
