Stand-up comedian Romero Librada, or more popularly known as “Super Tekla,” turned emotional as he called out for justice for his sister during a recent live video. It’s not just the netizens who are showing their support to Janica Nam Floresca on Franco Hernandez’s death. Recently, “phenomenal star” Maine Mendoza also offered her support to the young man through Instagram. According to Philippine Entertainment Portal, the Kapuso talent sent a direct message to Janica on Twitter. She was quoted as writing: <blockquote>“Hi Janica! I might not know you (and Franco) personally but I really want to send you a message just to say that you are both lucky to have each other. Just by looking at your IG feed, naiinlove ako sa photos and videos niyo together. Such a beautiful couple! I know he’s always around to look after you! In Davao City, a local radio anchor received death threats and malicious text messages after slamming the lavish pre-debut photo shoot of the President’s granddaughter, Isabelle Duterte. Moreover, said broadcaster was accused of being sympathetic to the communist rebels. The National Union of Journalists of the Philippines (NUJP) learned that Kathyrine “Kath” Cortez, host of the five-minute radio segment “Morning View” on Davao City-based Radyo ni Juan, got a series of text messages from the mobile number 0946-700-2090 last December 18. Following the receipt of threatening messages, Cortez filed a report with the Regional Anti-Cybercrime Division Office XI in Davao City. According to reports, she received the messages following her criticism of Isabelle’s grand pictorial at the Malacañang Palace, which also drew significant flak from <a href="https://www.tnp.today/2017/12/15/isabelle-duterte-outrage-malacanang-debut/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">netizens</a>. PERRY LAKE, Kansas— If you needed any more proof that dogs are truly man’s best friend, then read this daring and inspiring story of a certain chocolate Labrador. This dog was hailed as the town hero in Perry Lake after saving two men from certain death! Meet Otis, the one-year-old chocolate labrador of Jake Atkins who displayed exemplary bravery during a crisis. Jake Atkins and his friend went along on a duck-hunting excursion with his faithful Labrador, Otis. Their presence should have given Jake a sigh of relief, but another problem arose. How can the firefighters get them off the mud without sinking themselves? Right when all hope seems lost, a light at the end of the tunnel presented itself with the form of his faithful Labrador, Otis. Jake was quoted as saying: <blockquote>“If they’d walked out, they would’ve sunk too. So there was no way for them to get the rope to us. Otis was the only one light enough to walk in the mud without sinking. After a tense rescue, Otis and the firefighters succeeded in pulling the two men out of the mud! Even though the ordeal was over, Otis made sure his owner was safe and sound. Even after being pulled out, the Labrador walked alongside him until he made sure he was safe. Jake narrated: <blockquote>“He followed me as they were pulling me. He kind of just was walking right beside me as they were pulling me in on my back.
