Three to four hours of training every day, no rest day. I’ve been training MMA, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and some cardio work din (as well),” he said.</p><br/><p>If he loses, Matos said that he will accept defeat, as long as Geisler changes his ways.</p><br/><p>“Pag natalo ako, friends kami ni Baron. Ico-congratulate ko siya. Basta magbago si Baron at hindi magiging makulit,” he said.</p><br/><p>[If I lose, Baron and I would be friends. WHO WANTS TO SEE THESE TWO SETTLE THEIR SCORE INSIDE THE URCC CAGE!!?</em></p><br/><div class="easy-ads"><div class="easy-ads-lite easy-ads-lite-bidvertiser-middle"><br/><br/></div><br/></div><br/><p><em>Kiko and Baron… In the URCC, We make sure that all street fights get settled inside the URCC cage.
