Last week in Cebu, a very creative and bold man had this idea of surprising his fiancé. Not just an ordinary proposal but a shocking one that will make anyone think that it is a crazy idea.
The man and his girlfriend was about to leave the mall when two traffic enforcers came and intercepted them. They told him that they need to inspect his motorcycle for suspicious content. Of course, what happened next was that they said that they found something.
The two enforcers immediately told him to go on his knees and checked him. One of the traffic police took something and said it was a small sachet of drugs. The woman started to worry.
The man pour out all the powered drugs until a wedding ring fell, and the woman started to cry. Everyone who witnessed the event surrounds the couple with applause.
