Ex Battalion is considered as a newbie group in the Philippines whose known for releasing their hit songs ‘No Games’ and ‘Hayaan Mo Sila’. Some people were instantly hooked up by the beats of their song.
But then, is it really their beat? Or was it just stolen from another song?
Apparently, Ex Battalion is currently facing a huge controversy in their career. Ex Battalion is being accused of stealing the beats from another song, just so they could come up with their own song.

According to a post on the Facebook page ‘Wanna Fact!?’: “The music video of the song ‘Hayaan Mo Sila’ by O.C. Dawgs and Ex Battalion was taken down by YouTube because they allegedly stole the beats in ‘One Kiss’ by Diamond Style”

A lot of people were shocked by the post of Wanna Fact! went viral online. Some pages even reposted it and made their own version. To make the story short, Ex Battalion was accused of stealing the beats of the song One Kiss and just added a few ‘fake laughs’ just to come up with a beat for their song ‘Hayaan Mo Sila’.

However, just recently, a member of the group Ex Battalion, decided to speak up about the controversy.
On the Facebook page of Archie Dela Cruz, he clarified that they didn’t steal anything from anyone. The member of the Ex Battalion claims that they paid for the beats of the song before they used it.

He further added that maybe, the video gained too many views that the person whom they paid the beats for, decided to ask them for another payment since their song became a HIT SONG because of the beat.

Archie Dela Cruz also said that YouTube didn’t take down their music video because they stole the beats, but because the management is asking for another payment.
