In today’s world that’s already filled with gadgets, is it still possible for kids to go gadget-free?
Stopping your children from using different gadgets is probably one of the most challenging things that parents could ever experience. Considering the fact that the people of today are depending too much on technology, it sure is hard to stop them from using gadgets. Or is it really that hard?
However, for Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo, it’s not that hard to take their kids’ attention off from their gadgets. With just one say, their children would instantly let go of their gadgets.

In fact, just recently, Judy An Santos posted a video on her Instagram account, raising questions how she manages to make her children forget about their gadgets even for a short period of time.
In the short video clip, Judy Ann Santos filmed the children who were all focused, not on their gadgets, but rather their books. They were all so focused that they didn’t mind Judy Ann Santos filming them.

In the end, Juday said, “Oh diba, pwede namang walang gadgets ‘di ba? Wagi! Waging wagi!”
This isn’t the first time that she topped the headlines for the way she disciplined her children. In fact, in 2016, Juday and Ryan revealed how they discipline their children.
Ryan said, “They are still into gadgets, but they have disiplina. Early on, siyempre, noong maliliit pa sila, okay lang na you expose them to digital world. They’re digital natives, there’s nothing we could do.”

When asked about their rules, the Eat Bulaga! Dabarkads said, “One of the basic rules for Yohan and Lucho when they started to go to school, Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon, they can’t do the iPad thing, they can’t go on the laptops, they can’t touch their video gaming consoles.”
“They can research though on their iPad or their laptop, but only if it’s for school and we’re always covering.”

Juday further stated that the only thing that they can do with their gadgets is to research something important.
“Puwede silang mag-iPad only to research on something. Hindi puwedeng mag-games, hindi puwedeng mag-YouTube, nothing. So they always research on something and they have to learn something from that research.”

“Now, he [Lucho] researches on every thing about dinosaurs, piranhas, gusto niya iyong mga poisonous frogs.”
She added in jest, “Ganun siya, hindi ko naiintindihan pero nasasakyan ko naman.”
