Netizens could not contain their anger as a Facebook video of a 5-year old boy cuffed went viral.
In Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, a 5-year old boy was bought down the hospital’s basement where the stockrooms and morgue are after he was caught stealing by the owner of the pharmacy in the said hospital.. Based on the reports, the young boy was stealing P10.00 worth of biscuit that enraged the owner.
Based on the video that is now circulating the social media, he was cuffed by the foot.
Many are calling out to the authorities to punish those involved in the said incident. The video have gained up to 420,538 views as of writing and more than 20,000 shares.
