The mother of a 13-year-old girl cries for justice for her daughter after she was gang-raped by three men.
In a report released by Aksyon TV, the grade 6 student filed cases at the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) after being sexually assaulted by three men. The men were identified as Nico Nicole, Jobad Sanchez, Jayford Sibal.
The incident occurred somewhere along Payatas road. The three men offered to bring the girl home using their public utility jeepney.
However, instead of taking her home, the three men took advantage of her. They drove the jeepney to a dark place where they got drunk.
Reportedly, the female student was even brought to her home before the heinous crime took place.
On the other hand, the mothers of the three suspects came to the QCPD and denied the allegations.
The suspects, however, claimed that the young girl gave them motive before the horrible incident happened.
Aside from the victim's family, the online community has also expressed outrage over the incident. Many netizens voiced out their hopes that such incidents would further strengthen the government's drive to implement the death penalty for heinous crimes such as rape.
Unfortunately, rape is no longer punishable by death.
