In the archaeological site of Teppe Hasanlu in the northwestern of Iran, the experts had an incredible discovery.
Bones of two people were foun buried beneath the ground. But that was not it.
The skeletons are said to be 2, 800 years old. Based on the study, the bones came from a man and a woman. It was dubbed as the 'Hansanlu Lovers' after it was discovered in 1972.
The couple was said to have passed way together back in 800 B.C., as seen on the wound found on the head of the man.
According to the Rare Historial Photos, the couple looked for their protection together in a bunker as they are in a great war.
After their town was burned down by the attacks of the military, they suffocated to death. The ground above them collapsed.
For the incredible part, the skeletons that were discovered in a position where the man wrapped his arms around the woman and was connected with a final and immortal kiss.
