In his Instagram account doctor.mike, Varshavski posted a picture of himself with 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzback who is currently in the Big Apple for some appearances at the New York fashion Week.
“She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she’s deathly afraid of the sight of blood, so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead #touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach,” Varshavski captioned the photo.
The post immediately sent Instagram users gushing with ‘envy’ of the Filipina beauty, with many saying the two looked good together and their meeting should be the start of “something.”
“I saw this. They would make such a cute couple,” one Instagram user wrote.
“I think you’ll stop looking around cause u just found the most precious jewel of the Universe, our @missuniverse Queen Pia!!” added another on the comment thread.

Pia Wurtzbach won the 2015 Miss Universe crown in December last year in a highly-controversial coronation night after host Steve Harvey mistakenly announced the winner as Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez.
The 26-year-old Cagayan De Oro lass is being romantically linked to Kapamilya journalist/host Atom Araullo, although the pair never really admitted to have dated when Pia returned to the Philippines for the homecoming in January.
The very good-looking Dr. Varshavski, meanwhile, is an internet darling with 1.2-million followers on Instagram.
He is named by People’s Magazine as the “Sexiest Doctor Alive” and is currently on his second-year as physician at Overlook Medical Center, New Jersey, specialising in Osteopathy.
