Many of us, especially women, spends a lot of money to be able to improve their physical appearances. These include lotions, cosmetics, waxing creams and a whole lot more. But as much as we want to improve ourselves in terms of physical appearances, we also need to take care of our private parts.
Here are some of the tips of how you can take care of your private parts:
1. Fruits and Vegetables
-These are good not just for the body but also to your private parts' health! Vitamin C, is also present to most fruits and is proved to boost the immune system. On the other hand, leafy vegetables keep your private parts from getting dry.
2. Water
-The v*ginal membrane needs to be well-hydrated for it to function properly. With this, it helps reduce foul smells from it.
3. Neem Bark Extract
-This contains anti-fungal and anti-bacteria properties helps maintain the right balance in intestinal flora. It can be taken on tablet form and is known to fight different fungi like candida.
4. Nuts and Seeds
-This contains vitamin E which prevents dryness in private parts. Almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds are also rich in zinc which prevents itching, and dryness that causes odor. This also helps regulating the cycle.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar
-This is known for its antiseptic and anti-bacterial and is good in eliminating odors from private parts. You can either with it or take in a mixture of 1-2 tablespoon of it mixed with a cup of water.
6. Baking Soda
-This is the most effective agent to naturally restore pH balance in the body and also in the v*gina. Just add 1/2 cup of baking soda in your bathwater and dry your groin area thoroughly after.
7. White Vinegar and Sea Salt
-White Vinegar can help breakdown odor proteins and sea salt can help neutralize odor. Just mixed half cup of vinegar and half cup of sea salt and add to your bath water.
8. Tea tree oil
-A few drops of this mixed with water and witch hazel in cotton can be a great antiseptic to eliminate odors. Make sure to be careful in using this.
9. Probiotics
-Aside from helping your tummy stay healthy, it can help eliminate v*ginal odors too!
10. Garlic
-Aside from being a known anti-biotic, it is also anti-fungal! Just eat one to two raw cloves with an empty stomach and drink a glass of warm water. This helps eliminate odors in the private area part.
