Andrea Torres responds to an insulting comment of a basher comparing her to Marian Rivera

Due to the competitive nature of the showbiz industry, there are times wherein celebrities are being compared to each other by their respective fans. In recent news, Kapuso star Andrea Torres responded to her basher who called her names and blatantly compared her to GMA Network’s “Primetime Queen” Marian Rivera.

After posting a stunning portrait on her Instagram account which was praised and admired by her fans and supporters, one comment grabbed the attention of the actress and the netizens. Andrea had been called malicious words such as, “malandi,” “di maganda,” “feelingera,” and “retokada” by the basher.

An excerpt from the basher’s comment reads:
“[Y]ung ganda ni Marian walang retoke, hindi tulad mo na kailangan pang dumaan sa salamat doc at makapal na make up para gumanda lang.”

The 27-year-old actress could not help but respond to the mean comment.

She simply wrote, “Remind lang din kita, wala akong pakialam.”

Many of the actress’ followers defended her against the basher. They supported their idol and advised her to just ignore the malicious remarks.

According to a report published by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), this can be linked to the perennial issue involving Andrea Torres to Marian Rivera’s husband Dingdong Dantes.

Andrea and Dingdong worked together as a love team on the weekly Primetime series “Alyas Robin Hood,” where they also shared intimate scenes. It was earlier this month when the alleged conflict sparked between the “Super Ma’am” star and the “Alyas Robin Hood” leading lady.

However, Marian immediately dismissed the issue and clarified that she has good professional relationship with the sexy Kapuso star.
