The news just came in that the Mayor Sara Duterte will be giving out P2-Million reward to have the suspects of the bombing in Davao City immediately arrested.
In the recent interview that she had with 'Umagang Kay Ganda', Mayor Sara said that she prepared P1 million for anyone who can give information about the suspects and another P1-million for whoever can 'bring' them to the city government.
"Kumuha ako galing sa city government -- P1 million sa makakabigay sa pangalan at kung nasaan iyung tao ngayon and then another P1 million po sa makakapag-deliver sa amin nung taong iyun,"she said.
On Sunday, the police officers of the city told the reporters that they are already in search of the three people to be questioned about the bombing in the night market located in Roxas St.
Senior Superintendent Michael John Dubria said to the reporters that there is a strange man who went to the market for a massage and left his bag in that area.
"We believe the improvised explosive device exploded when the person left," he added. According to Dubria, two women are also spotted following the man. There are speculations that another person might have detonated the bombed using a cellphone.
The said explosion happened in the busy market on Friday which took the lives of the 14 innocent people and left more than 60 people injured.
Sarah Duterte still urged the people to visit Davao City despite of what happened. The increase in the number of local and foreign visitors was seen after the victory of Duterte in the Presidential elections.
"As I said, I am sorry for what happened, but we welcome everybody na gustong bumisita dito sa Davao City and I assure everybody here in Davao City na gagawin namin lahat to prevent another incident," she said.
"Hinihingi ko lang lahat na magkaisa po tayo against terrorists. Magkaisa po tayo na magdasal para sa mga namatay, nasa ospital at sa pamilya nila,"she added.
