SASKATCHEWAN, Canada – A video showing the hilarious reaction of a baby girl after her father revealed his clean shaven face for the first time is making rounds on the internet and melting hearts of the online community.
Kara O’Neill mentioned in her article for Mirror Co UK that the baby girl, identified as Ruby, had never seen her dad without his facial hair in her nine months of life on this earth.
In a video being shared online by Newsflare on their Facebook page, Ruby is seen with her dad, David, who still have his beard; singing together while sitting on the sofa.
The baby girl was obviously enjoying the time with her dad as she can be seen nodding her head in sync with the music, while her dad bounces her on his knee.
The video footage was then cut, and next scene showed Ruby and David once again in the sofa, but the father has a towel wrapped around the bottom half of his face.
An article by Harriet Mallinson for Mail Online said that the daughter and dad continued to sing until Ruby receives a surprise when David takes off the towel and reveals his clean-shaven face.
Ruby, who is clearly stunned over her dad’s new look, stays very still and stares at her dad’s face intently. David then decided to give Ruby a kiss on each cheek, which then prompted the little kid to burst into tears.
The father tried to console his daughter; however, Ruby’s reaction got worse and she started reaching out for her mommy.
The video footage was recorded last week in Saskatchewan in Canada and has been making rounds on the internet after it was shared online by Ruby’s parents and by different news site.
