- Eat Bulaga! has released its trailers of the Lenten special episodes for 2016
- The special drama episodes cover five stories to be aired from March 21 until March 23
- Casting includes the Dabarkads of the noontime show and special guests
Eat Bulaga! (EB), the longest running noon-time variety show in the Philippines produced by Television And Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE) and currently aired by GMA Network, has recently released the trailers of their five Lenten special episodes.
The show had been airing Lenten Special episodes for 35 years now as part of their Holy Week presentations and has received positive feedbacks from televiewers owing to the lessons imparted by the Lenten episodes.
The highly-anticipated Lenten special of the Kapuso show for this year includes “Dalangin ng Ama”, “Kaputol ng Buhay”, “Walang Kapalit”, “Panata”, and “God Gave Me You” which will be aired from March 21 until March 23.
On March 16, “Eat Bulaga!” released a glimpse into their special Lenten season episodes.
On Monday, March 21, Joey de Leon, Pia Guanio, Ryan Agoncillo, Jimmy Santos, and Anjo Yllana will give life to the story “Dalangin ng Ama”.

“Kaputol ng Buhay” will also be aired on the same day with the special participation of Lola Nidora, Tidora, Tinidora, and Divina.
On Holy Tuesday, “Walang Kapalit” will be aired starring: Allan K., Ruby Rodriguez, Patricia Tumulak, and Kenneth Medrano.

On the same day, “Panata” will be also be shown which has Vic Sotto, Pauleen Luna, Baste, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Danica Sotto, and Oyo Boy Sotto.
The trailer for “God Gave Me You” was shared on Facebook on March 16 which now has more than 719,000 views and nearly 7k shares as of posting. It will be aired on Holy Wednesday, March 23, and stars: Alden Richards, Maine Mendoza, Jake Ejercito, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Ciara Sotto, and Michael De Mesa. The episode was directed by highly acclaimed director Bb. Joyce Bernal.
