An Instagram story is now going viral all over social media after a YouTube channel named "TC Candler" featured the 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2017. Many of us have often wondered who is the most beautiful woman in the world and probably we think that can Filipina beauties compete at the top?
Yes, Filipinas can indeed compete on the international scene and we can see it in many pageants and beauty contests. But the TC Candler is not like of those pageants.
