Last year must have been such a difficult time for Kapuso actress Sunshine Dizon after suffering from marital problems. After much speculation, it was confirmed that her now estranged husband Timothy Tan has been involved in infidelity. Ultimately, the two decided to just call it quits after six years of marriage.
Fast forward to the present, the “Ika-6 Na Utos” lead is now stronger than ever. It’s amazing how the “Ika-6 Na Utos” star was able to get through with the failed marriage. Now, Sunshine couldn’t be any happier as she now lives a more peaceful life with her two children.
While it was all over and done with, Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) is curious as to how the actress perceives “other women”, especially since her drama series tackles infidelity and that she went through it herself.
When she was asked if she feels compassionate and forgiving toward mistresses, she answered straight up:
“Hindi! Ha! Ha! Ha! Hindi ko keri. I don’t want to be associated with certain people that I know caused a lot of pain para sa maliliit na bata, sa pamilya.”
“Kasi okay lang kung single o hiwalay. ‘Yung ganoon. Pero ‘yung alam mong may pamilya, hindi ko maatim magkaroon ng sympathy. Hindi ko keri talaga… Kasi feeling ko, marami namang lalaki sa mundo! Hindi ka mauubusan, Day!”
Sunshine admitted to having acquaintances who fool around with married men before, but she has chosen to cut ties with them. Knowing exactly how it feels to be played on, the actress has been wiser on associating herself with people.
The Kapuso actress’ courage and strength to recover from such pain and keep on with her life is amazing!
