A member of the royal family has just been executed after killing a young saudi man. The said member is part of the House of Saudi, the ruling family of Saudi Arabia. He was Prince Turki bin Saud al kabir. He was executed last October 18, in Riyadh, after being found guilty of killing Adel bin Suleiman bin Abdul Karim Mohaimeed in a mass brawl 3 years ago. He was shot to death by the said prince.
“Authorities were able to arrest the above mentioned offender. After the investigations, they charged him of committing the crime and his indictment was sent to the General Court. He was charged with what was attributed to him and sentenced to death as retribution,”the statement of Ministry of Interior said.
The royal family tried to offer the victim’s family blood money, but they refused and demanded for justice. Thus, a royal decree got issued to implement execution.
The community lauded the government as they showed that even the powerful royal family is not above the law.
