This 12-year-old girl has been shocking the world ever since she first stepped in the stage of America's Got Talent. She auditioned with her original song entitled "I Don't Know My Name" where she also played ukelele. This touched the judges and made her new of the gold buzzer contestant. Simon Cowell, one of the judges who is known for his high standards, even tagged her as the 'future Taylor Swift.'
Her name is Grace VanderWaal. And after her auditions, her song went extremely viral as various netizens, boy, girl, young, old, did a cover of it. She said, she likes writing songs on her spare time and she just pours her heart out through it.
In her final performance as one of the Top 4, Grace admits that she is quite nervous but she believes that she somehow has the chance to win America's Got Talent. She promised to give her all.
But when she took the stage and started performing, everyone was blown away as she played another original song entitled 'Clay'. She definitely conveyed a powerful message that was effectively communicated through the catchy song. It also highlighted her unique voice and her adept playing of ukelele. Everyone in the hall, stood up and applaud as she finished the song.
