Cloie Syquia Skarne, the half-sister of actress KC Concepcion, will try her luck is in the upcoming 2016 Miss Universe Sweden pageant.
The good news was confirmed by no-less than Cloie herself when she posted on her Instragram account a video which was accompanied by a caption which goes: “Being HEALTHY is beautiful! Working on our health and fitness with an intense workout session! Power to us women!”
Photos showing her and big sister KC and other half-sister Garie also surfaced on her social media account, an article published on ABS-CBN News mentioned.
Cloie, 21, is Gabby Concepcion’s daughter with his ex-wife Jenny Syquia.
According to her profile on the Miss Universe Sweden website, Cloie is taking up languages and entrepreneurship course at the University of Stockholm.
Cloie disclosed that she joined the beauty tilt because she would like to give back to the world and feel good while doing it.
Described as a “kind-hearted, results-oriented, internationally experienced person,” who loves to do charitable activities, she revealed that one of her greatest goals in life is to help other people especially those belonging to the disadvantaged sectors of society which is why she is currently running a company that gives 10 percent of its profit to a charity.
Currently, Cloie is an ambassador for Operation Smile Philippines.
The coronation night of the Miss Universe Sweden is scheduled to be held on August 28 at Café Opera in Stockholm.
