The ‘arrogant’ condo owner, who lashed out at renters for illegally taking videos within the compound, came out and aired his side.
Louie Baltazar said he confronted them because the woman did not follow the rules and regulations of Gateway Garden Heights, a condominium in Mandaluyong.
“I created this page to explain my side. May book kc kami sa condo. Mahalaga yung book na yun at dapat binabasa yun para malaman ang rules and regulations. Si ate ay tenant lang at wala siyang book kaya hindi nya alam ang rules and regulations,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
In the viral video, Baltazar scolded Jeremie Senoron Atun, “Ah hindi pala kayo unit owner, eh ano tambay kayo dito.”
Baltazar explained that the rules and regulations, which supposedly prohibit taking videos on the playground and other amenities, was made for the owners’ “security” and “privacy.” Atun and her family should’ve followed the rules, he said.
“Hindi nyo alam ang buong story. Hindi nman siguro ako magagalit ng ganyan agad at nagdala ng security meaning napuno na talaga ako. And the fact na baguhan sila at paikot ikot at nagvivideo ung binatilyo sa vicinity ng area nakakatakot yan,” he added. “Kahit ikaw ang lumagay sa katayuan ko eh. tapos ung facilities hindi nagagamit ng tama. Hindi nman libre ang pagmmaintain ng facilities KC malamang nagbabayad kami para sa security and maintenance kaya dapat lang na ayusin ang paggamit at sumunod sa rules and regulation.”
Baltazar also asked his bashers to move on and stop posting negative comments on his page. “Game over na. Tigilan nyo na ako. Focus nalang kayo sa buhay nyo wag buhay ng iba. Move on na nyeta.”
