No one is too old for education, right? — And perhaps, no one is too young to go to school, too.
Celebrity couple Marian Rivera and her husband Dingdong Dantes have decided to start Baby Zia’s education at the age of nine months old.
In an article written by Rose Garcia of PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), it was disclosed that what is being taught in Baby Z’s school is mostly about music and socializing with other children.
“Halimbawa, sounds like a bird, ipapakita ‘yong book ng bird. It’s a bird, ‘tapos, tweet, tweet’ [For example, sounds like a bird. It’s a bird, then tweet tweet],” Rivera noted.
On the other hand, given her age, many are asking if it isn’t too early for the child to go to school and study. Rivera, however, explained that the baby’s class will teach the latter in interacting with people.
“Lahat naman ng bata ngayon, nagga-ganun na. Nakikipag-socialize na para siyempre ‘yung development nila bilang bata. Ayoko naman na kapag nilalabas ko siya, takot siya sa tao. Gusto naming ma-develop ang personality niya [All the kids today are doing that. Of course, it’s a way for children to learn how to socialize. When I bring her out, I don’t want her to be afraid of people],” Rivera stated.
Once Baby Z turns one on November 23, the daughter of the so-called Primetime King and Queen will have swimming and piano lessons.
