Knowing the shape of your butt will not only help you dress well, it can also give you an overview of amount of fat in your body.

1. Square – H
Square-shaped or ‘H’ shape often described as “musculine-looking” because of its flat appearance. If you have square-shaped bum, don’t worry! It means you have very little fat at your waist.
You can try squat repetitions to give them a little curve.
2. Round – O
Round bottoms are also called “cherry-shaped” or “bubble butt.” These types have a perky and full appearance.
The shape indicates there is good amount of fat stored in the upper part of your glutes.
If you want to enhance it’s shape, you can try glute-strengthening exercises, like air squats and glute bridge.
