According to the caption of the photo, the young boy kept on asking why her mother is not sleeping beside him anymore. This only goes to show that he still has no idea of what happened to his mother.
At his young age, he already lost someone who is willing to give the world to him. A person who is willing to everything to make you sure that you are okay and loved.
Based on the caption of the photo, the people around the young boy are having a hard time explaining to the boy that his mother is off to another place.
