This netizen proved that the McDonald’s secret menu is real

A few weeks back, photos of a supposed “McDonald’s secret menu” spread like wildfire on Facebook. It featured four special burgers that do not appear on the actual menus posted in the Mcdo stores. These are the Surf ‘n’ Turf, Triple Cheeseburger, Double McChicken, and Double Quarter Pounder with cheese.

A lot of netizens expressed interest the menu, but not all of them were keen to try it — after all, it could all just be part of an elaborate hoax to get people embarrassed and humiliated for asking. On December 29, 2017, however, one brave netizen became everybody’s hero when he successfully ordered from the secret menu — and uploaded photos for proof.

Facebook user John Demdam excitedly took to Facebook on the evening of December 29 to post an update entitled, “MCDO Secret Menu Short Story: Totoo ang Secret Menu.”

John reveals he and his companion had already ordered food from Mcdo’s actual menu when he chanced upon the photo of Mcdo’s supposed hidden menu.

“Umorder na kami actually ng panghalimaw na orderan haha joke lang: kagaya ng bago nilang Sweetsoy Chicken Fillet with Rice, syempre yung paborito kong Cheeseburger, umorder din kami ng BFF fries, Frozen Royal, umorder din kami ng coke haha.

“While browsing gamit ang phone, nakita ko mismo yung post ng Secret Menu ng Mcdo, may nag share lang (anyway salamat po ng marami). Pinakita ko agad sa kasama ko sabing “huuuy may Secret Menu ang MCDO”. So tiningnan nya, at tinawag agad-agad ang isang service crew na malapit sa amin. Ipinakita namin yung post about sa secret menu, tinanong namin “Totoo ba yan? Pwede pahingi ng Menu?” Pumunta sya sa Counter at bumalik sa amin, sabing “Sir punta nalang daw kayo sa Counter” (halaaaaa may kutob na kaming parang totoo ngaaaaa hahahaha)”

Upon returning to the counter, John was successful in ordering a Surf ‘n’ Turf and a Triple Cheeseburger, and he couldn’t be more ecstatic about it.

“Ayaaaaaaaan! Totoo ngaaaaa!” Demdam said in his post.
